Same trying to figure out what needs to be done with my grandpa's 71 torino its a rust bucket with a rusty motor just bought a e150 van for a 302 EFI engine for it to replace original 302 carb

Treating the frame cavities was smart. Did you use weld thru primer on the bare metal under the trunk panel?
