I've already grabbed this one the moment I saw it on the Gallery. It fits in so well with how I like to build Oasis Springs, more American Southwest since that's home. Beautiful use of space! And I love that you gave Johnny Zest an old abandoned room.

This has to be in my top 3 custom Sim 4 houses ever! Great job Gryphi! To answer your question, i love 20-30 minute videos. You have substance and quality rather than boredom and quantity and i would love for you to make videos like this. I'm sure other Gryphites like myself feel the same way

Longer builds are my fav! But since they take long to make I wouldn’t ask you to do them frequently, I think the pacing you have them at right now is good :)

I like both short and long videos. I like the shorter videos because I can watch them on my 15 minute break. Great build. I especially love how you included Johnny Zest's abandoned bedroom.

Much better home for the Landgraabs! I don't know what the Sims team was thinking for them in the original home. It reminds me of some of the "expensive" homes in So Cal, where I mostly grew up in the 80's-90's. Love it!

Tonya, this build came out absolutely incredible! I love it and it’s huuuuge. You filled everything so well and yet cleanly. Love it. Maybe a strange suggestion…but maybe you could put the Harris family on your to-renovate list? It could be a heavy Eco build 😍 Plus they have a teen and a child so there’d be a little bit of variety in styles which can be fun to do.

Awesome Build as always!! I've just got an idea for gameplay. Maybe place a sad decor item in Johnny zest's room, so always if someone enter this room, the sims will get sad because the decor reminds them of him. 😅

You did a fantastic job on this build! Really captured the Landgraab's essence. I normally prefer the shorter videos just because I don't usually have a lot of time to watch a full 30mins at once, but you posted this one right as I was sitting down with my morning coffee so the timing was perfect. :) Can't wait to see what townie you do next!

Love love love this! As always one of my favorite builders! I also have a great idea for a build- a Sim’s apartment who breaks the fourth wall and realizes they are a Sim (like the Truman show lol) so they are paranoid and plan their escape. Their home could be riddled with detective things lol

Great job! What an impressive build and I love the interior 😲👍 I couldn't contain a laugh though, when you put that small TV on top of the fire place and then the massive one into the garage 😂🙈 With the vault etc., I also think this would be really cool build for some kind of mafia boss family 🤩😁👌

I been recently replacing most of the lots with a more modern design & builds that include newer packs, this will definitely be a great build to add tbh. do the BFFs house next & the University lots too.

Great that you added more rooms - in my saves the Landgraabs have twin daugthers, so they would need some space aswell. Also johnny's room made me sad, but definitely wonderful storytelling to add that.

Fun tip - computers can be locked just like doors! Lock the computer to only allow the butler, once you've got him.
