The stupidity. How about moving the State Departments buildings away from the riverfront first before deciding to inundate the city traffic with your misguided ideas. Smh. Want to make money!? Bring back the Night Life we had under Jennings... I really dislike people who aren't truly from the Albany (the South End, Downtown, Lark St.,...) critiquing for idiotic ideas that don't take traffic into account.
