My Productive Day Off | DIY with me and Adding new corals
In this video, I'll be showing you how I updated my copepod culture setup. I changed the airline tubing to a rigid one and added a bulkhead fitting to the lids - This upgrade makes sure that the air bubbles spread out from the centre of the container, keeping the culture well-aerated. Whenever possible, I try to do it myself and I'm glad it turned out to be great!
Also, some exciting things - I'm adding new corals to the Waterbox Cube 20. It has been a while since I last added corals, and it felt so good to explore my local fish store to find potential gems :)

I started a a reef tank not long ago and when I stumbled upon your videos I started to culture phyto because of your channel, it was a blast and scary at times, I love your approach to everything and wish I had my tank still, but because of your videos I still get to enjoy the hobby without the effort, ty for all that you do and I wish you the best for all you do! Keep up the great work for those that can't dive into the hobby but still want to see beautiful tanks and progression!

I don't usually notice this, but your video skills are to be appreciated. It's easy for someone to say, "he just has expensive equipment or lens", but it's not just that..you edit and visualise your videos, the amount of camera placements, zoom, different angles you take, cut together... Dude, you are a great editor and director..and damn, what a clean and organised place, I was cleaning up after watching your videos. you must have 0 kids 😄 Been a fan since I first came upon you, hope you grow, an awesome reefing channel, music ain't my taste, but that's ofcourse subjective

Thank you! I actually haven't made a video about it but I setup my nero at around 20% speed - pulse during the day and 10% constant at night :)

I dose my tank around 5 capful 2 times a day (day and night) :)

Hey, you have an trikentrion sponge and a Dendronephtya as Azoo corals in your nano Tank. How long you own the Dendronephtya?

I had them for a couple of months now and they aren't doing too well unfortunately. I wouldn't recommend them for anyone 😢

Do you replace the salt water removed from your tank during drip acclimation, and dipping the coral??

Hi Josh - Yes I do! I usually turn off the ATO during acclimation and replace any saltwater lost with new saltwater
