I just finished my period using a disc for the first time. Cups are just not for me but omg, the disc was amazing, so easy to insert and I was able to have no leaks! I am so happy!!!

Same for me. Cups are not for me, painful and difficult to use. Using a disk for the first time and so far so good! It was so simple putting it in.

Hey, Love your reviews. For insertion demos it would be super helpful to specify if you're starting from a seating or standing position or have different videos with sitting and standing insertion demos.

I'm usually do it while being seated on the toilet cuz for some reason it's impossible for me to insert or remove my cup when I'm sitting or squatting. I tried all three positions and so should you to find which one works best.

How do you make sure a disc is tucked behind your cervix?

If you angle the disc towards your back while inserting this usually does it without any need to check.

It makes more sense to say you're pushing it behind the pubic bone because you will feel a concave when it's in the right place.

Honestly.. i think they should make models with smaller holes cause like I tried a cup today and i was screaming just to put it in I don't have lubricant so I used water. God damn it was painful

I never understand what "angle toward your back" means. Does that mean straight in, angled up, angled down, what? No matter what I do, it will not stay in; as soon as I stand up, it comes out.

I personally sit on the toilet to insert my disc and hold is as horizontal as I can. If it won't stay in no matter what, it could be that the rim is too large in diameter. More brands now sell smaller discs but I also totally get not wanting to invest a disc amount of money in something you don't know will work. I'm sorry this has been a source of frustration

Cups work so much better for me. Maybe I don’t have a public bone to “tuck” behind. It makes me feel nauseous trying to do it too lol.

Removal is easy as well. Just push like your needing to poop and it pushed the disc forward…. I figured this out when I had one in wrong while pooping . It moved the muscles needed to reach it. One leg up also helps.

Can you do a video trouble shooting the flex disk? I use the flex disk as an emergency tampon and the last time I used it, I could not get a good seal. I eventually went to ask my boss if she had any pads because I couldn't get it to stop leaking

Hey , can you make a video from cups available in india , they don't have much options and it's real confusin, + many brands ( like safe cup have very weird way of sizes) i am 16 and i have a high cervix, i have been using the plup teen cup but with my heavy flow it gets filled in 3 hrs and i wanted to switch to something i didn't had to change that quick and safe Cup's smallest size s is for people below 30 it's a 28 ml cup and on their amazon question box they replied that people my age can wear it.

i was scared too, but then i pushed (like you do when you poo) and i was able to grab it and take it out. i recommend wearing gloves though.

it's actually pretty intuitive for most. but you can angle the disc towards your butt while inserting and that should do the trick
