I think you should definitely reward yourself even if it's for the smallest of things (even though putting out videos three days a week is a HUGE achievement). If possible, you should take a day off to go to the spa or a bookstore or a road trip etc. or just unwind and treat yourself! I'm sure your deserve it! Sending best wishes and love your way!!! 💚💛

Love this! I know as women we can be so hard on ourselves. It is really refreshing to see women supporting other women and I really feel we should try and lift each other up instead of tear each other down. You have had some serious highs and lows the last few years, but I respect that fact that despite it all, you never wallow in the lows.
