WE'RE EXCITED!!! The other night, my 5-year old daughter had to do a treatment for an injury of her foot, recommended by her doctor. It involved putting her foot in an ice bath for one minute, followed by warm water, and repeated 3 times. The pain and shock of the ice water made her scream and cry. The second night, before the treatment, I showed her your ice bath videos and "Be Like the Bison" video. She became so brave and now says to herself, "be like the bison!" You are a gift in so many ways, Jonna! Blessings to you all on this new project!

Jonna is an artist. Like all Interior Designers I have worked with--- the highest ethical to the lowest moral woman, they all create a fantasy that is purchased. Meaning--- people buy into their delusions of life. I am an artist, a poet, a craftsman.... also a designer. My work has been plagiarized by a few. One client was superior to every Interior Designer I ever met. You will never see her home or her on KZfaq. It was my dream, and my reality, to work for a true visionary. Likes attract. Consider yourself fortunate.

Dear Jonna, I‘m a 13 years old girl from Germany with the dream of having a happy, fulfilling life at some point. I am a bit of afraid to realize my wish in years, but when I just found your channel, I filled so well. Even if it takes many years to build up such a life, you gave me the courage to do it at some point. To live in the country, in the city or nature, where I fell comfortable. I hope I will also know your channel when I am grown up, when I need the courage and motivation again. Thank you and Best wishes from Germany 🇩🇪🫶🏼

Jonna, I never leave comments but I had to share this with you! During the pandemic your videos inspired me to teach myself silversmithing and I've now had a little online shop for a few years. I like to watch your videos while I'm working at my jewellery bench and while watching this episode I received my first order from Sweden. It felt so fitting considering the news about your jewellery business and it felt like a perfect sign that I should keep going. I'm hoping one day I'll be able to leave my 9-5 job and live a more creative life. So thank you for sharing your world, you have no idea how much it has inspired me!

Oh Jonna, I am sitting here an tears are running down my face. I could have been a good ceramics designer, but I didn't believe in me, when I was young. Now you showed me with your video, that nothing is as important as to follow ones own dreams and feelings. In my generation, girls learned to be good, not brave. Now there are only a few years left and I can stop working. I'm looking forward to that day and - I'm already starting my own hobby ceramic studio ;-) This weekend there will be my first presentation in my little village. I'm so excited. And - as I learned from you - I will give all my love and light into this preasentation. That's it, why peopel feel good with you and your products. Thank you so much! And stay in love

I also salute Johan. Any man that is prepared to stand in a field dressed in a penguin suit and top hat being bitten by thousands of mossies so his wife can take his photo deserves admiration, especially when it was his wedding anniversary. I also love the way he says “mmmm-madness” to some of her ideas. I don’t blame him especially when he has to take ice baths.

It’s easy to forget/not realise that Jonna does videos in her second language. It amazes me that she’s so capable of switching to English just for KZfaq because for everything else she’s probably speaking her native Swedish. To speak a language that you don’t converse in everyday is so difficult. Amazing, amazing woman on so many levels.

The day before the war started in the middle east, I purchased a necklace from your web shop that says "Be like the bison", not knowing how much I'm gonna need it. it's still on it's way here. So much terrible death and distraction on both sides, children are dying, families were slaughtered in the most barbaric of ways. Your videos are truly a pause from this terrible reality, and I thank you for it so much. Sending all the love and peace for everyone, Danny.

But whenever I see you Jonna, your new videos, at just that 1 next day I give some love back to the world. There is nothing wrong with motherhood, but it is not the only way to live a feminine, connected life. We have seen many stories of motherhood, and while they are beautiful, there is pressure and also shame to view that as the only path to a connected, feminine way of being. Seeing someone else who neither creates their identity around motherhood specifically nor around rejecting motherhood specifically is a lovely reflection that many ways of living are wonderful. @@victorj6158

The art of "Kintsugi" is the ancient practice of repairing broken vessels by gluing the pieces together and painting over the joins with gold paint. It makes a broken vessel beautiful and restores it to some use. This is how I picture my life as I try to fix the broken pieces. From "Desiderata": ..."be gentle with yourself. You are a child of the universe no less than the trees and the stars; you have a right to be here. Strive to be happy." Sending you peace from afar.

❤❤ loved hearing your uncle speak!! The whole scene brought up an emotion I hadn't felt for years! I was very close to my Great Grandfather who came to the US from Sweden in 1900. He lived to 105. I miss him so much! I use to sit in his kitchen, drink too much coffee and listen to him tell stories. He ( tried) to teach me Swedish. He passed when I was 25😢....i am now 60, but this brought me back to these memories clear as if it was just yesterday! Congrats on your new space! Calm ... tranquility ... presence ... humility ... wholeness ... optimism ... vision ... integrity ... artistry ... commitment ... generosity. These are some of the words which come to mind which are descriptive of what your videos communicate about you and Johan, Jonna. It is such a pleasure to see your life together unfolding with the passage of time. Thank you for allowing we viewers to participate and to benefit from all that is communicated in your creative expression. It is a privilege to participate. A personal aside ... I am near your great uncle's age, having had my 75th birthday a few days ago, and I've thoroughly enjoyed seeing you bring your family into our presence ... him being a highlight for this old man. Once more, thank you. And now a word about how hard you work to share all this beauty, and about the fatigue and discouragement which sometimes accompanies it, which you so beautifully also share. We all need to see these aspects of each others lives. Seeing such times so gracefully shared can help us all to be more accepting of those same times of difficulty in our own lives, thus providing another wonderful service to your community of followers. And please remember that even the times of quiet, fatigue and discouragement, when you just need peace, and quiet, still contribute to the lives of those around you, simply because you still radiate your being, your presence, into the world ... which continues to have a positive effect on us all. This is the secret ability, the quiet superpower of all we humans. We add our being to the mix of life expression in this beautiful earth just as much as does anyone else and we leave our legacy in each and every day's living. The short time we spent with your mother and your great uncle in this video underscore that truth in the form of the enjoyment of that family moment in his kitchen, with your refusing more coffee, sharing conversation, listening to his stories and in being allowed to observe such a lovely moment and to hear his voice. ... ... Please forgive the length of my comment, Jonna and Johan, but it seems important somehow to express these things to you. I hope from my heart that you find at least a kernel of comfort and encouragement from this effort. And, so, I will end now with a simple wish that life may continue to bless you all in this day and in all the days to come, and for the third time ... thank you for all you share.

And you could hear the tinkle of bells when she kissed her soul mate, Johan. Their sparks could be heard throughout the surrounding town where her ancestors lived for thousands of years. And the words of her ancestors turned into whispers in the wind that traveled through time and gave her an old soul. Such deep wisdom of someone so young , however, to be tempered by a very young spirit that loved to twirl around and jump and fall in the snow.

Dear Jonna, I have been following you for years now, I would not know where to start, so I'll try to make it short & simple. Congratulations! I am beyond happy for you, that everything is falling into place and you are realising your dreams. Now, I'd like to thank you. Thank you for sharing your adventures with us and making us see beautiful and calming landscapes, listening to stories, calming us and appreciating every little things. Also, thank you for your video of 1hr+ compilation of all the messages you received earlier this year, I cried the whole video and it felt so wholesome and comforting, like a big hug. Thank you. You are one of the people who inspire me the most to go on, live my dreams and always walk forward. Maybe one day, I'll be able to come to your shop. Until then, good luck! We believe in you ♡ Lots of love

Jonna, I have to thank you from whole my heart for adding czech subtitles. The reason is that my mom loves your videos too and I was always translating them to her as we were watching them together. Our family is going through some tough times this year and I am so grateful that she can watch your videos when I can't be with her. Your videos actually help her to sleep calmly the whole night and clear her head from the troubles. I'm so grateful to you for that. Thank you. Thank you.

I like listening to your videos while I cook or clean, and even when I'm studying. Maybe it's the music, or your voice, or the beauty of Sweden captured in your videos, or all of that combined. I just feel at peace and I feel my body slow down whenever I play your videos. Your videos are like a warm hug for me and I wish I can give back that same warm hug to you in some way. Since visiting Sweden for the first time in November of last year, I have been studying Swedish. I have recently been confident enough to say some phrases and sentences in Swedish to my Dad, who remembers the voice of his grandmother Ida from Visby. My dad is 84, and Ida emigrated very near 1900. I can only imagine now the likelihood of her "old way" of speaking. Your description of your great uncle's way of speaking makes me want someone to work to preserve it. It truly is a great thing to have such connections to the past still with us today.
@veronicaohmanisraelsson2049
@veronicaohmanisraelsson2049 8 ай бұрын
We try to preserve it. There are projects with filming people talking, the dialect is offered as classes in some schools (need pupils to want to learn though). I live further up north from Jonna and I use some of the words from this dialect in my everyday speech as its how we talk in my family. Much of it had been lost unfortunaly, but we do the best with what we still have 🙂.

I’d love to note that I’ve never seen a Jonna video that was sponsored by a company. And I am sure she gets a lot of requests with high offers. The text in the beginning says “this video contains my own art and creation”, and that’s exactly what is so great about Jonna; she always stays true to herself! That’s a great teaching from her: always stay true to yourself and listen to your heart! If you feel something shouldn’t be or isn’t good, then don’t say or do it. In fact, I love that she shows how she made a green smoothie for herself in the morning: just blend your own veggies and fruits. No need for fancy products. Nature itself is the best. And if you get them from an organic farm or your own garden, that’s the best you can get, for yourself and also for environment ❤🌲 thank you for being you and sharing your love

This video for some reason made me so emotional Jonna, especially the part with your Granduncle speaking his old language. It reminded me so much of my grandparents who passed on about 10 years ago sadly ... I know this feeling, when you sit with Granduncle in his little kitchen and listen to him, and drink - as you said - way too much coffee. It is so precious and I hope you will collect as many of these magical memories as you possibly can. :) Also, how awesome are the news that you open op a physical store in your little town close by! I plan to go on a Sweden road-trip next summer, and that would be such an awesome opportunity to visit ... Lots of love from Switzerland
