डाळ तांदळाचा डोसा बनवण्यासाठी लागणारे साहित्य -
डाळ तांदूळ डोसा
• तांदूळ 1 cup
• उडीद डाळ 1/4 cup
• मेथी दाणे 1/4 tsp
• दही 1/2 cup
• मीठ
• साखर 1 tsp
• इनो 1 packet (1 tsp)
डोसा मसाला / डोसा बटाटा भाजी
• ऊकडलेले बटाटे 2 med
• तेल 2 tsp
• मोहरी
• चणा डाळ 1 tsp
• उडीद डाळ 1 tsp
• बारीक चिरलेली हिरवी मिरची 2
• आल्याचे तुकडे 1 inch
• कढीपत्ता
• हिंग 1/4 tsp
• लाल सुक्या मिरच्या 2
• हळद 1/4 tsp
• कांदा 1 med
• मीठ
• कोथिंबीर
• लिंबाचा रस 1 tsp
नारळाची चटणी
• ओला नारळ 1/4 cup
• आले 1 inch
• जिरे 1 tsp
• हिरवी मिरची 2
• फुटाण्याची डाळ 2 tbsp
• साखर 1 tsp
• कोथिंबीर
• मीठ
• तेल 1 tsp
• मोहरी 1/2 tsp
• चणा डाळ 1/2 tsp
• उडीद डाळ 1/2 tsp
• लाल सुक्या मिरच्या 1
• कढीपत्ता
• हिंग 1/4 tsp
Daal tandul dosa recipe / daal rice dosa recipe / Instant crispy dosa / rava dosa / rice dosa is popular breakfast recipe all over india. One of the famous South Indian Breakfast. Sometimes we want to eat crispy dosa, but to make dosa batter we need to soak daal rice, grind and the ferment which takes 2 days. Here we can make this instant yet super crispy rice dosa, along with dosa masala and south indian dosa chutney or dosa coconut chutney. Without soaking rice and daal we can make it in just an hour. I have shared some tip so that dosa will not stick to the tawa and will be crispy like any Udupi reastarant. Traditional south indian dosa recipe.
Ingredients need for Daal Chawal Dosa
• Rice 1 cup
• Split black Gram 1/4 cup
• fenugreek seeds 1/4 tsp
• curd 1/2 cup
• salt to taste
• sugar 1 tsp
• Eno 1 packet (1 tsp)
Dosa masala Recipe
• boiled potatoes 2 med
• oil 2 tsp
• mustered seeds
• Split Chickpeas 1 tsp
• Split Black Gram 1 tsp
• finely chopped green chillies 2
• chopped ginger 1 inch
• curry leave
• asafoetida 1/4 tsp
• red dry chillies 2
• turmeric 1/4 tsp
• onion 1 med
• salt
• fresh coriender
• lemon juice 1 tsp
Coconut Chutney
• fresh coconut 1/4 cup
• ginger 1 inch
• cumin 1 tsp
• green chillies 2
• roasted chickpeas gram 2 tbsp
• sugar 1 tsp
• fresh coriender
• salt
• oil 1 tsp
• mustered 1/2 tsp
• split chickpeas gram 1/2 tsp
• split black gram 1/2 tsp
• dry red chilly 1
• curry leaves
• asafoetida 1/4 tsp
Method
For dosa-
• Wash rice and daal.
• In a grinder grind rice using less water
• Grind washed daal and fenugreek seeds using curd and some water
• Mix the mixture together and rest for 20 minutes
• After 20 minutes add salt and eno mix well
• Heat dosa tawa on medium heat apply oil and spread the dosa and roast till golder brown color.
For dosa masala
• Heat oil for tempering. Add mustered seeds, black split gram, Bengal gram, curry leaves, red chillies, chopped green chillies, ginger asafetida and saute for a minute.
• Add sliced onion and saute for 2 minutes.
• Add turmeric, fresh coriander mix and boiled potatoes, add salt some water and cover and cook for 2 minutes on low heat.
• After 2 minutes add lemon juice and fresh coriander and turn off the flame and mix. Dosa masala is ready
Dosa chutney
• In a grinding jar add coconut, green chilies, ginger, fresh coriander, salt , sugar some water and grind.
• Heat oil in a pan add mustered seeds, curry leaves, asafetida, daal, dry red chillies and add ready tempering onto ready chutney and mix.
• Dosa chutney or coconut chutney is ready.
