How long does it take to get a refund? I have been waiting for a refund since January 2023 and all I got from your (let's call it like this) customer service has been lies, fraudulent data, and deceiving information. When I asked for the phone number or contact of a supervisor, they told me they couldn't do anything even though I had requested this in formal terms (the same way KLM has requested my bank statements and data which they received promptly). When I asked them to send me a bank statement as proof that the refund had been done, they told me they couldn't do that. For over 10 months I have been in contact with KLM customer service (it is better to be called KLM NOTcustomer service) with Enmanuelle, Ben, Felix, Emanuelle, and Andras. The last thing your NOTcustomer service did, was say that the refund has been already approved (I know this) and done (this is a complete lie). When I asked them to send me info to which bank they made a payment, they sent me a made-up IBAN and some ARN number which is not applicable anywhere. Can you please tell me who I have to contact to get a refund which I have been waiting for more than 10 months?
