Need to correct on a point No. Of partners 10 and 20 criteria is old one and new one is 50 for any business. No. of partners is given in Companies act and not in partnership act

Bhai Very Nice Information, Can 2 People Make Partnership Deed in Audio Or Video Conference. Each Side (entity) will keep a Copy of recording for there reference Anytime. Can All Discussions recording kept by both sides can be Considered as Legal if they declare it in their Firm's official Documents keeping Recording in CD/DVD signed by all Partners in their Office in a Locked Case having two keys(both required to open it).
