Nicely explained. However, just update the part where you say that OPC needs to be converted to Pvt Ltd after exceeding the said thresholds. That has been removed effectively from April 1, 2021. Also, OPC can be converted to Pvt Ltd at any time - your viewers will appreciate the updated information.

HUF is only available for some religions like Hindu, Buddhist, Jain and Sikh because they are religion based law. Religion based laws applies to only people belonging to specified religions, one of the most famous example of religion based law is Teen Talak, it worked as Muslim religious law. These laws are not made by government, but implemented by religion texts, that's why it is biased. Because only specified religions have concept about joint family businesses in their religious texts. Imp note: I am neither defending this nor opposing it, I am just giving you information on it.

Sole Proprietorship can be registered at District Registration office where -Proprietor -Partnership Certificate is issued at District Registration office, where Marriage Registration office is located You can search from your District jurdication

In your first video, you mentioned that sole proprietorship is a good option for start-up upto MVP and if no funding etc. is needed. And now we heard that it is very difficult to convert from sole proprietorship to other entity. What if we start with sole proprietorship and later we want to convert "same company" to pvt. ltd ? Do we have to dissolve sole proprietorship and open a new company with pvt. ltd. ? Thanks in advance :).

Really nice video. Hoping for more kool stuff in this series with more details on each entity. Few comments - 1. For e-commerce, companies like amazon mandatorily ask for gst, even though as per law it is not required for small businesses. Can u clarify sole proprietors can also get gst ? 2. The difference between private limited and LLP - is not very clear. Hopefully u can cover that little bit more detail in coming videos. 3. Unfortunately, HUF is a discriminatory law only available for few religions - I raised this issue so-many years back. hopefully this law should go away with unified personal law in future. Thanks, great content.

Agree with the 3rd point. It is very discriminatory and against the spirit of equality. When every citizen is equal then why discrimination on grounds of Religion? Govt. should make it only UF instead of HUF.
