if you want to save tax then Private limited company is best option but your total net income will be high otherwise don't get any benefit at all

Aapne Zerodha ke example mein bataya ki same amount par pahle company ko tax laga fir jisse salary mili usne tax diya jisse total tax amount kafi ho gaya. Kya salary company ke liye expenses ka part nahi hoga, aur iss tarah wo company ke taxable amount se bahar nahi hoga?

Pls think carefully before starting a private Limited company. There are lot of compliance loaded against promoters and directors. Professionals do not have time to guide the company and directors and the company end up violating the law.
