Embark on an epic journey along the Severn Way, tracing Britain’s longest river from its mountain source to the vastness of the sea. This long-distance hike begins high on the rugged Plynlimon plateau in Mid-Wales, where the Severn’s humble beginnings lie. From there, it descends through the enchanting Hafren Forest, meanders past the historic towns of Llanidloes, Newtown, and Welshpool, and winds its way toward the estuary.
