Today I'm showing you how to make a fun Birthday card with three interactive elements using My Favorite Things products! I hope you like it! Feel free to leave any likes, comments or questions... ^_^

MEASUREMENTS:
Dragon and dino panel: 5 3/8" x 4 1/8" (13,7cm x 10,5cm)
Dragon and dino sliding panel: 3 1/4" x 2" (8,2cm x 5,1cm)
Middle panel with window: 4 5/8" x 3 3/4"" (11,7cm x 9,5cm)
Rotating disk: 4" (10,2cm) in diameter
Long white strip to which towers are adhered: 1" x 5 1/2" (2,5cm x 14cm)
Gray tower (with the bird): 1" wide (2,5cm)
Middle tower (with "cow"): 1 11/16" x 3 1/2" (4,3cm x 8,9cm)
Card base: 9 1/4" x 8" -scored at 4 5/8" (23,5cm x 20,3cm - scored at 11,75cm)
Cellophane strip: 1 1/2" x 6" (3,8cm x 15,2cm)

I love this card! I still don't quite understand how the dino head mechanism works. It would be great if you can do another similar card with that kind of element & show in more detail how that part works. Thanks for sharing!

I've come late to your tutorials, but am THRILLED to have found them!! (I do, however, have to watch them in short bursts, as the "background" music, as in this vid, sends me running for my anti-anxiety med. Something about the repetition of the refrain just is not something I can handle. Tried watching without the audio, but you have so much vital info in your voice-over that that was just not an option. But, again, thank you BUNCHES for these valuable tutes!!)

Love love love this card. I’m trying to make something similar for my nephew. Could you please tell me the dimensions of the card? Like of each mechanism panel please. It will help my decide my card size. Thanks!!

Hi there! Thank you very much! Most of the measurements are in the video, but here you go... I'm guessing that the lowest panel measures 5 3/8" x 4 1/8" and I know that the sliding panel is: 3 2/8" x 2", I also know that the middle panel that looks square is 4 5/8" x 3 6/8". The white strip that is glued to the tower measures 1" x 5 1/2, so the thinnest part of the gray tower (with the bird) is the same width and the wider "cow tower" measures: 1 11/16" x 3 1/2". The cardbase is 9 1/4" wide (scored at 4 5/8") x around 8" tall. The cellophane strip measures 1 1/2" x 6". I hope this helps... ^_^
