Hello! Here’s a tutorial of the rain shaker card that I made last week using Create a Smile stamps. You can find more information at my blog, like a complete list of materials: www.bagatelasdepapel.com/en/2...
Measurements in centimeters:
- Blue panel: 10,5cm x 16cm
- Cloud panel: 10,7cm x 3cm (at its most narrow spot)
- Ground panel: 10,7cm x 3,6cm
- Card base: 22,8cm x 17cm
Measurements in inches:
- Blue panel: 4 1/8” x 6 5/16”
- Cloud panel: 4 2/8” x 1 3/16” (at its most narrow spot)
- Ground panel: 4 2/8” x 1 3/8”
- Card base: 9” x 6 11/16”

Wow! I saw a card on a blog today, the lady said search for Magic Rain Shaker Card, yours was the first to come up - perfect! A wonderfully explained tutorial, so easy to follow. I have never seen this kind of card before, so inspiring. Thank you.

Thank you very much! It was nice of her to mention my tutorial since I came up with this type of card many months ago. 😁 My Favorite Things recently made a die set called "Falling from the Clouds" which makes it so much easier to create a magical rain shaker card. 🙂

That was the first thing I checked. That bell is clanging! I think I might need to cancel notifications for other You Tubers that I’m not as interested in so my feed doesn’t get too bogged down and I inadvertently miss you...or check it more frequently. We can all use more Social Media time, right? 😉

I found it easier to tie a knot in one end, thread the beads, then tie off the other end to keep them from all falling off. I made sure the thread was longer than needed.
