This is excatly WHAT I NEEDED TO HEAR !! im a 19 year old vegan and im traveling to mexico in a week and i really thought it would be impossible to travel the world and maintain a vegan lifestyle and had numerous people tell me its going to be really hard at staying vegan travelling. thanks a ton !

That's so awesome that you're travelling to all these places. And it's as you said; being vegan is not restrictive. it actually opens the door to a world of real food, some of which you hadn't even heard of before when you were stuck on you restrictive meat and potato.

Love this video! I agree it's not restrictive. As to the point about getting sick though, aren't you often more likely to get sick from eating raw fruits and vegetables in many foreign countries? Like you were saying about India, you couldn't eat anything because it was all washed in tap water. Seems like often times a low fat vegan cooked food diet is the way to go when traveling in third world countries!
