Introducing a popular bakery in Niigata that started with no experience in baking, no funds, and no connections.
★December 25, 1986, sunny day.
A puppy appeared out of nowhere at the restaurant where I was working part-time at the time.
Because I was scared, I hated dogs at the time, but for some reason I fed the puppy and it stayed there until I finished work at almost 9pm.
From that night, I started living with the puppy, and named her "Merry" after that day.
Loved by my family and neighbors,
she left for an eternal journey after 17 years, bringing with her many memories. I named the bakery after the big change in my life since meeting Mary.
