Yui's bread is basically made using the natural yeast "Levain Richit" in combination with yeast. Therefore, the use of additives is minimized as much as possible, and aging is suppressed and the texture is soft. In addition, the salt used is Shima Mars, a sun-dried salt from Okinawa, and the sugar used is brown sugar, which is said to contain more minerals than white sugar or granulated sugar.

We want our bread to be eaten in the most delicious state, so we are particular about the three freshness of "freshly baked, freshly fried, freshly made". Yui's bread is delicious even when cold, but it's always nice to find freshly baked bread, and there's something special about it. At Yui, we add freshly baked bread to the sales floor all the time so that our customers can enjoy it.
