I love how the "inflatable boat that can fly" is just a dinghy mackled to a microlight... kinda ingenious in its simplicity.

that turbulence was mostly just the camera person exaggerating and moving the camera a lot. Notice how many of the people's heads were barely moving around

Yes and no. Your hand holding a phone is of course going to move around more in turbulence. But conversely most peoples heads don’t just flop about. Neck muscles are pretty strong.

Where the pilots were training is called "Star wars canyon" it would be the equivalent to "the Mach loop" in Whales for low level training.

I want to give ArmyOfMike a pat on the back for his camera work @ 2:19. Most people zoom in when recording fast vehicles so much that you can't actually experience the speed of the vehicle. He kept it zoomed out so you can see how fast the planes are passing in relation to the background. I don't know if he's a professional or not, but either way, it's damn fine work.

@@rtbrtb_dutchy4183 Both of them. The F-5s are not used for shooting training anymore but they fly for show at this event. The live firing demo is done with the SF18's. We call them SF18 (Swiss-F18) because they are something in between an F18 C/D and E/F. Thes are based on the C/D-Model, but structurally reinforced to resist higher G-load and more landings. Also, the flight control system is modified for higher possible AOA, based on the E/F-Version.

you should put the "Stall Boeing 717-200 | DC9" video in one of these. It's intense. They get in inverted and the video is form in the cockpit. It's old but a good one

While I can understand how it could be annoying to some, there are others who like it. And I’m the end it’s their video and we watch it for free thanks to them. So complaining seems a bit ungrateful. That said the hooting and hollering in the US at jet fighters is a bit grating. Different cultures, different norms.

During turbulence they should just put a first person view of a rollercoaster or something on the screens like a 4D ride and have fun with it…people pay good money to go on rides like that!

I felt the same way about the Death Valley fighter jets clip. All the hooting and hollering is very annoying when I'd rather hear the aircraft.

I’m guessing it was extremely windy on the A380 go around..hard to imagine as heavy as that plane is that it is so susceptible to winds like that upon landing.

but then u miss the aircraft sounds. his voice is just utterly obnoxious af and insufferable. I also hate how he has a whole channel dedicated to stealing other people's content and using it as his own, for his own financial benefit. slimy af. this guy also barely knows anything about aviation, from his short narrations, it's already clear, which is really sad. not a true avgeek, just a guy trying to capitalize in this realm. he also cuts off too much audio with his voice before bringing in the aircraft audio, and also clips out too much of the footage from the original footage that would be appreciated by true avgeeks. this guy is an absolute clownall around in every way.@@verifiedtoxicangel2411

Too much drama. A go around is a practiced normal procedure. Weather plays a big part. High winds are the norm. So all pilots are trained to go around. No big deal/

I don’t mean to sound closed minded but why are people always so excited / fascinated over go arounds and shout it out? I think it bothers me because it’s like they’re getting excitement out of the fact that there’s some morbid eye candy if anything goes wrong??
