It was a clean and neat preparation than your average street vendors. What disheartened me was the amount of oil, cheese, mayo and chips used on the base parantha! It would have tasted good even without those toppings. This can be shared by 8 ppl (as he made 8 pieces).

Incredible! First time EVER, after a very long time watching your videos, this particular vendor is THE CLEANEST you've ever shown! 👍🏻 It was very pleasant watching her cook and how clean and tidy her work area was. This was truly amazing 😋

Didi ne parathe ka open heart surgery kar diya. Idk why 75% of these food vendors over-complicate simple food items by adding exorbitant amounts of cheese, butter, mayo, chips. Just keep these dishes simple and authentic.

Simply Larica's pizza. A wonderful dish and if it were up to me I would order 2, just to taste. I loved everything from the beginning of the preparation to the final result. The upgrade (finishing) in mayonnaise, potato chips, corn and ketchup was the plus. Congratulations. Simplesmente a pizza da Larica.
