Butter, sujuk (if not available=beef chorizo) eggs, tomatoes, smoked or sweet paprika, bread. No need for salt due to sujuk saltiness. I would add some herbs and feta cheese to mine, but depends on what you like. Sauce can vary from ketchup (never on mine) to some spicy tomato chili sauce. Happy cooking!

i just did that, the meat quality is ass. also Fish from the grocery store is more tasty than fresh fish from Turkey. Atleast at 90% of the stores, you see there whole menue laying in the sun without any cooling. never was so disappointed in my life, normally i enjoy all flavors and eat everything

This is very upsetting to watch! I do not live in Turkey, but in my visits over 30 years I have developed a love for the country's food. Suçuk is one of my favourites always a side order. Turkish bread is the finest I have ever eaten. I Gôzleme with white cheese, patlican, the best lamb cooks & chefs in the world. I am very lucky to have Turkish restaurants & take-aways in my home town. The food is nothing short of incredible. Restaurants Kappadokya & Izgara - everything is authentic, good Turkish food. Thank you for posting this vlog. While making me sad, it gave me ideas to cook good Turkish food for myself.

@Frederik Wilhelm It looks like there are several spellings (sujuk, sucuk, suxhuk, sudjuk, sudžuk, sudzhuk). I was just spelling it like in the video title and like we do at the butcher shop I work at. Language is most fundamentally oral-aural, so it makes sense that when a word from one language is used in another language, it will sometimes adopt a spelling that imitates the *sound* of the original language (this aiding pronunciation) *rather* *than* adopting the exact spelling of the word in the original language. It seems that’s what’s going on here, but maybe I’m wrong.

After watching this video, I mentally planned to go to Gaziantep, Turkey to visit that shop and experience the heavenly tastes of those toasted sandwiches. But then the earthquake hit. :( Where in Gaziantep is this shop? I googled it but there are several Tostcu Mahmut restaurants though. I will definitely visit someday when Gaziantep is up and running, recovered well enough from the quake.

Yang saya suka dari makanan turki isiannya selain keju ada telur dan daging......walau jarang bisa makan makanan turki tetapi biasanya teman datang bawa oleh-oleh dari turki . kadang yang bikin kangen dari masakan indonesia itu nasi goreng dan rendang daging sapi ....sekarang bawa bumbu jadi dari Indonesia pas diturki ngak perlu lagi susah nyari bumbu di turki masak saja di rumah pas lagi sendirian lagi liburan .
