Wow! I’ve been having a pain in mi medial gastrocnemius for years now. Every time physical therapy has I doing calf raises, it makes it worse. I end up feeling like I have a pulled/bruised calf muscle. I’m not sure how to fix it.

Dr. Gibbons, what treatment did Aaron receive post surgery? Stem Cells, hyperbaric oxygen therapy or electrical stimulus to aid healing?

That is a good question, and I am not sure to be honest.
