Today we will be exploring an abandoned $3,500,000 Manson. Built in the early 1990s and lived in by a Political Family. The husband and wife didn't get along and after plans for a divorce the husband mysteriously dies. It's been tied up in litigations and bankruptcy, along with liens on the property. Everything is left behind and the architecture is engraved with gold foilage everywhere!

I can't believe something so beautiful is just sitting there, to rot. Can't you imagine, when the house was full, Christmas morning, or cookouts in the summer. Makes me so sad. Thank you, for sharing, your hard work and all the effort you put in. Nobody ever understands my interests in the abandoned videos but, it's the history, the memories, the happiness, the families, the architecture, and your love and respect for all these things too.

Crazy probate laws mean even if there are relatives it can drag on for years. If no will is made then it's even worse. If taxes are owed it's cheaper just to let a place rot than pay the taxes to live there especially if you already have a home. Other people are just too rich to care.

I bet you wont... it's just things... theres no end to all this... even after owning it you would yearn for a bigger place... greed never ends... moreover upkeep and maintaince of such place would be such a liability.... instead spend on people you love... travel... save... invest the money.... help people struggling out there... make memories and enjoy the true freedom... the bird cage in the closet summed up the mansion for me... the cage was luxurious enough but you end up getting trapped in the materialism...

Just to give an update on this house, it was sold in June of 2022 for $5 million dollars. I live about 15 minutes from this place and I noticed that the gate at the front now has a massive chain on it. I wish I would have went exploring before it was sold, but at least I can watch videos of others who have gone there. Thank you for the video.

I know what happened here. A family that owned the second largest video rental company lost everything because a business manager didn’t pay their taxes. Very unfortunate story. They’re living in a small town in Canada now. A town I believe they bought while still wealthy as a joke but was allowed to keep. I suspect because they didn’t see any value in it.

WOW!!!!! By far the most beautiful Mansion I have ever seen on the inside. That huge Bedroom with the blue bedding/ head board with the iridescent ceiling is my favorite. This house is stunning. It is so beautiful. Whoever designed it from the columns to the high ceilings, the fire places, and most importantly the home decor/ finishing touches like wall and ceiling paint just set this abandoned Mansion to the top. Not to mention at the time of this recording not many people have vandalized it yet. So besides a few broken/ shattered glass on some doors, and some belongings thrown all about the place it looked in remarkable shape. impeccable style/ decor i.e wall/ ceiling paint I just cant get over how amazing it looked. even in the kitchen. i even loved the gold paint on the ceiling. As well as the stencil art it looked so, so, so, good with that teal paint. I could go on and on about this place.... UGH! SOOOOOO GOOD1!!

It's a very beautiful home, so sad that it has been abandoned 😢 The bedroom was stunning. You can tell this person or their designer had excellent taste.

It's absolutely heartbreaking to see such a beautiful place completely deserted. People with dreams and issues used to live there. It's so weird to see all their belongings, just... *there*. Thrown away like nothing.

I trying to remember which state senator this was. That iridescent film was the most beautiful I've ever seen. Wow! I knew all of the music that I could see. You kids are awesome. The fact that you respect the property and privacy just got you a subscriber from Hawai'i. Take care, stay safe guys.

It makes me so upset that Mansion like this go Abandoned, I don’t know why they just don’t sale a place like this to the Higher Bitter in an Auction or make this place into a Hotel kind of thing.. So many ppl homeless and places like this so beautiful abandoned..

That’s some seriously expensive tile in that foyer, for that tv to be thrown down like that and for the tile to not even crack or shatter means it’s some serious tough stuff! Super pricey!

You got that right I am a former LIC. Tile setter in the eighty's ninety's disabled retired in 2013; and that's what kinds of things I did for a living, and truly loved to do it too. Marble n Stone With labor and other commonly exceeded a quarter of a million dollars and often two three four time's that. Radiant heat underfloor and the supportive extra plumbing work really knocked the Price tag out too MAR'S. Just a thought too if the forced air cooling systems were still there, and unmolested it'd be almost worth it to have carted along an auxiliary power generator too tap to the circuits for ac and toggle up the compressor cool that wasp off enough and it'll leave LoL but not too loud cause I'd absolutely still be wearing an N95S particulate facial respirator "MASK" the entire time you'll be in there trust me I know what T F I'm thinking about. I'm getting ripped off!!! How the heck is that mansion less than mine! I'm in California but still!!! Uuuggh I hate pg&e!

It's not their fault, the amount of taxes and regulations the city/state puts on them is what causes the high prices. It's why liberal cities are the most expensive to live in. It's actually a form of theft.

The little area is a laundry room. 😆 Not another cooking area! It's really sad to see all these beautiful homes being lost like this. There are so many people that are struggling to have a place to stay. This could have been turned into small efficiency apartments. For low income families etc. Love the video and love Frank❤️❤️

Everytime I watch these, I imagine a family walking in on the FIRST day it was built or bought. That happy feeling someone had the first time they moved in. Or hosted their first party or holiday. How do they get from that first day to what we are watching in these videos. It's sad. But I love imagining that very first day! Walking in, just so happy and taking it all in. I saw this home on another channel. Such a shame the banks foreclose on all these beautiful homes, then would prefer it to rot, get burned, destroyed by vandals rather than just auction them off and get something so someone could live in it and enjoy it at any cost. The CD's you held up long enough to recognize that we're in my time Era was Earth, Wind and Fire, Allman Brothers, Freddy Fender (I saw in concert). All great bands. Hey Steve, Thanks so much for sharing this mansion. A sad example of desiring much more than you can afford. Just to keep up with the Jones. I just feel blessed to have a roof over my head. Without gold ceilings, stair railings, etc. This home was ridiculously overstated!!! Now it sits abandoned all by itself. So, unfortunate!!! Thanks for not rummaging through personal documents. That is so wrong and a few explorers do it. These homes are already being violated, why over do it?
