This is an abandoned Mobile Home i explored. A couple of the neighbors said that it belonged to an elderly couple who then past away and the property was left to mother nature.

It made me very sad too. I see so many times, things that meant everything to their parents, their ungrateful kids don't care about. I cherish my things I have left from my parents. That place looked like it was very cute at one time. I wish I knew where it was. I would buy it and fix it up. It just looks like it was so peaceful living there. Maybe it's a vibe I get, that the couple was very happy there. Which is what makes it all the more sad and tragic that their kid didn't care enough to take care of their things they held dear. I am only at 1:44, so I just started but it gave me a feeling of overwhelming sadness and had to check out the comment section to see if anyone else felt it too.

Was a nice mobile home back in the day. I would say seventies going by the green color of the tub and sink along with the red brick linoleum on the floor. Not to mention all the wall paneling so popular during that time. Those glass figurines in the closet looked like Hummel figurines which were and maybe still are very collectible. It's a shame the usable things weren't taken out and something good done with them if they were not wanted. I hate to see waste like this. Great video.....enjoyed it!

I don't understand why this place wasn't cleaned out by the family. I'd be very upset if all my belongings were left like that. At least donate them someplace. They obviously had children I just think it's so disrespectful. My opinion of course. Thanks Hunter nice job!

It was! You did not notice the Auto, the Lawn Mower, the Fridge, the Jewellery The Stove & Table, & Grand dads Rifles all gone? Families do not ever want the Grand parents clothes, or furniture. Yes I agree, to leave it to literally rot away & be eaten by Mice is unfortunate. They just grab the $ & valuables & buggered off.

That's the way I feel about seeing all that stuff rotting away. I told my children that I would haunt them if they just trashed my things. When my mother died we cleaned her place out and donated her things.

they probably took what they wanted - as someone who jumps in house clean-out dumpsters from time to time - I can say most house clean-outs - they literally throw out boxes and boxes of personal effects without even looking through them - of course - the bank could own this (they would rather let something rot as opposed to take a loss) - or there could have been a tax lien on the place - and the kids were like "i don't want to deal with that" - most people have been so brainwashed by "Hoarders" they instantly want to toss anything old (to the point where Ive found whole boxes of jewelry and things tossed out...)

The skate is probably before 1970 The yellow airplane looks like it has a Cox 027 engine and had two guide wires. The operator flew it in a circle around himself the string controlled the elevation. People I've had to cleanup 3 relatives homes and there is only so much that can be taken. If the place is not sellable it is easier and cheaper to just leave it.

I'm commenting a bit here, I know lol But, it's places like this, that really have a personal feeling to them. As we look around, it almost feels as if I knew or know them, and feels similar to a "missing" them feeling. It's like they should still be there or something. Might sound a bit odd to say, but it's secluded, and everything was left like they were there last week. But, I can't place it...it's like you know or knew them and now you're visiting them at home.

Hi Hunter. Great explore. What a waste if alot of cool things. I hate waste. The metal roller skate goes back to at least 1970, that's what I learned to skate on. I also recognized three little pink jars on a shelf in the bathroom, those are Avon, fragranced lotions. They sold them like that in the 70's-90's for sure, don't know after that, my mom sold Avon forever. Thanks for the great video.

Looks like someone quickly rifled through it all looking for cash and valuables. I doubt it would be family because it certainly wasn't very respectfully done even if they only cared about the money. Family also would have been able to sell some of the items , and/or property "as is". I would guess thieves. Likely found some too. Older people usually hide cash in their homes. When my great uncle passed away his neighbor cleaned him out. They knew he hid cash in old books because my uncle confided in him as a friend. As soon as he passed the neighbor pretended he was just interested in owning the books. You can guess the rest. There was THOUSANDS hidden because he was a vet, and he also had owned a business for many years. His kids lost out because they couldn't prove anything.

I had that airplane around 1982. It was sold for many years. Called a control line airplane. They had a tiny cox .049 engine on it. You would stand in one place and the plane would fly around you in a circle. The only control was up and down and that was with a plastic handle rigged to the 2 strings on the side of the plane. That is was actuated the elevator. They were fun, but could be a pain to get running. Nice explore. Did you share this video with the neighbors?

Lol, I know Hunter is playing around at 18:00 He points to the pillow that it looks like someone's head still laying there then a circle of light shines on the pillow (if that isn't Hunter then...) but not even a second later 18:01 the best Orb I saw here shoots up out of the bed and when I caught it freeze frame I am not even joking it was an older lady with her eyes bugging out looking at the pillow- freaky ! Really cool video the ones with lotsa stuff are the best and most dangerous be careful Hunter where you reach hands/arms- you also may want to get some lightweight non-slip boots, what size are you ?

This one brought tears to my eyes. Was there any family members close by or anyone wanting to take care of the elderly couples possessions? It is so sad to me that any family members would just walk away and not place any value on the couples lives. RIP... :(

I don't get why family or close friends did not bother to donate all the house hold kitchen items and clothing to a charity.

Another great explore, it did look like someone had been through the drawer's. they most likely were looking for jewelry, or money that had been stashed, and then forgotten.

I bet that was a cozy little property back in the day. I bet the grandkids had a lot of fun there especially with that stream from the culvert. That’s just asking to have a toy boat put in it

Mostly everyday items. Groceries, Cleaning Products, Trinkets... Surprised that no one wanted the trailor back than or at least the land it sits on. Surprised that no one botheted to at least empty it out in case someone else wanted to move in.

Just watched the whole video. So sad their kid (s) left all their stuff rot, including the family bible. I saw Hummels which are worth money, and the small ceramic toilet was cute too. I bet there are still some cute little gems in there. I'd say the trailer is late 60's, early 70's by the design. The Great Value stuff puts the time they were still there to at least in the 90's. Just so very sad all their house was trashed and their belongings left for the vandals. I bet it was a nice trailer at one time. But at least no one put graffiti in there. Everyone is scared of snakes. I love snakes and was much more scared of the wasp (I am allergic) and the creepy dolls. lol Very cool video. Thanks so much for sharing. You have a new subscriber. :) Can't wait to watch more of your videos. :)

The whole snake skin was ewwie. Pretty sure I'd walked back out at the first sighting. I was on edge after that thinking something was going to jump out. Haha. Cool findings Hunter!

Hi, Hunter ! Those figurines you picked up are Hummel, believe they are worth money to collectors. Those skates need a key ? Then they'd be 50's-60's. Cool video, but sad. Stay safe & thank you. 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼🇺🇸

While I understand that this property is abandoned, unless it belongs to either neighbor, I feel that it is illegal to trespass and videotape someone's property without their consent and not the consent of the neighbors. Just my opinion but I don't care for video's that are made at the expense of others' privacy. Especially when the person sharing this video is making money off of others less fortunate situation.

I understand where ur coming from but it's also a video to show that places like this go to waste I mean no harm my them I edit out personal information and show the place as it is left.... and by law I can do what I do trust me I looked into it however I have been warned I maybe shot without question but usually if I come across a land owner they understand it's for the footage and art like photos or video and they usually dont have a problem with me.... I dont break, steal or degrade any properties... they respect me...

Agree.... this was someone's "home". It is so sad to see the culmination of a human beings existence left in such a state...the family could have taken some care with their belongings.
