Before Matthew Schneider tasered a handcuffed man in the groin after a traffic stop, the Glendale officer claimed he stopped the vehicle for an alleged turn signal violation. But surveillance footage shows Schneider never saw that violation.

@@ryanturner4101 please give me 10 cases where they shot and killed an unarmed black man who didn't attack them. please I would love you to find me 5. you know what find me 3. once you do that realize that there are over 100million police interactions each year. in fact white people are more likely to be killed by cops per violent crime(notice how 0 people have asked for the numbers, if you want I can give you the numbers). you can just listen to the media and pretend like all cops abuse power or use your brain and realize that there are a few bad apples. If you think all cops are abusive and get away with it then why aren't you mad at kamal. she imprisoned thousands of African Americans for weed then admitted and laughed that she smoked it herself while on the breakfast club but you don't seem to care that she is our VP, bc the media isn't on her ass like they should be. She is considered a super cop and yet yall voted her as our VP. even Shaun king, one of the biggest blm activists said "I'll be frank and tell you, two Democrats, that I am 99% sure I won't be supporting - primarily because of their dismal history on criminal justice reform over the course of their entire careers, Joe Biden & Kamala Harris. They both helped build & advance mass incarceration. " he said all this while Donald signed a prison reform act. guess who his enemy was when November came.(not a trump supporter just pointing out the facts) if I haven't screamed it enough yet to you then let me just say it. it's one big political game. They give you an enemy (the police) bc their job is extremely hard at times and when things go wrong they go really bad or at least can look really bad on camera, sparking everyone's emotions distracting them from the real problems such as social-economic problems and corrupt politicians. democratic politicians told us "we must defund the police." once they get enough support and defunded NYC, NYC turned to madness. The month they defunded murder went up 50% compared to the same month a year earlier. you know how Asian hate is up 150% nationally, well NYC it is up 833% according to the same study and you can find articles saying that they aren't even reporting all the hate crime in NYC. have you heard anything about that? of course not, you get liberal media. maybe you heard that they aren't reporting hate crime but do you see my point? Democrats have put down the black community for their vote all the way from food stamps and welfare to planned parenthood, and now they are defunding the police telling them things will get better while sweeping NYC accomplishments under the rug. does it actually sound like things are getting better? to me, it really sounds like they created an enemy(especially based on the fact that each year unarmed men are getting shot at lower and lower rates and the fact we have more black police chiefs than ever.) then gave a solution that makes things worse so the cycle can continue. do we think we are going to get rid of our bad apples by giving cops less to work with?

I believe the term that applies most appropriately in this case is sexual sadism. Often considered by experts as a precursor to serial homicide. US DOJ should have been brought in on this. The primary chargeable violation is obvious but conspiracy doesnt seem to be a reach as well. Add obstruction of justice and garnish with Federal Civil Rights violations. Flavor with conspiracy atop the obstruction charges. Serve cold and consider RICO violations as an appropriate dessert .

GLENDALE, AZ - A former Glendale police officer criminally charged for kicking and tasering a handcuffed man in the groin has pleaded guilty to a single misdemeanor count of disorderly conduct. Matthew Schneider, who avoided jail time and probation, had been facing three felony aggravated assault charges. During his sentencing hearing, Maricopa County Superior Court Judge Patricia Starr said that she did not feel probation was necessary and expressed sympathy for Schneider. “You’ve suffered for the last five and half years the consequences of what’s happened Your family has suffered the consequences of what happened. You’ve lost a lot of things that were very important to you,” Starr said. “What you did with that is now what a lot people would do, you picked yourself up, found something else and are now excelling at that. So, I would see no purpose what’s so ever to put you on probation… I see the loss of your career as a very severe punishment that’s already happened to you.” Starr did order Schneider to pay fines and fees totaling $115 The cop, the prosecutor and judge should all me in jail.

I was about to give a long form answer, but I don't want to keep you here all day. So I'll make it the short one: In the US, you have rights. The police can not do things like for example, just pull you over when you are driving. They need to have a reason to pull you over, otherwise they need a warrant from the courts. Now, a broken tail light is a reason to pull you over. Expired tags are a reason to pull you over. Failing to signal a turn is a reason to pull you over. However, not only did none of these things happen, but the cop LIED about it afterwards. That is why people are ticked off about it.

That's somethjng that's always bothered me about this kind of thing. The person being arrested is supposed to immediately comply 100%, but its human instinct to resist when someone is hurting you, whether that person has a uniform on or not. Police officers can walk up to anyone on the street, and as long as they have 'reasonable suspicion' (even if that suspicion is trumped up), they can forcibly grab you and torture you, while the smallest amount of resistance can be used for a charge of resisting arrest, even when all other charges are proven false. So you can end up in court for resisting the arrest of a crime you didn't commit. It wasn't always this way. Im notma conspiracy theorist, but it's almost like they trying to brawinwash us into total, immediate, submission. Its weird.

@@mirandabri834 We _all_ should be glad we are voters. And yeah, those elected to office, are done so by voters. Sadly a lot of people are ignorant, indifferent or don't think it's worth their time - but as with many other positions, the upper leadership in a lot of law enforcement is democratically elected. If you want real change in law enforcement, in your local, county or state area - then you gotta get your sofa cushion out there and actually frickon vote in those elections. And motivate those around you to do the same. Actual voter turnout on these elections is absolutely absurdly low, and that almost _always_ leads to a continouance of the status quo. The good news in that sad equation of low voter turnout, is that you don't actually have to mobilize that many people to turn the tide of those elections. If you want change, you _have_ to ask for it. You _have_ to demand it. the way you do that is by voting. Unless you're running for that office yourself (kudos if you do); the odds of winning some of those elections may be slim, but if you succeed - one person can do A LOT of good when seated at those levers.

That is very difficult to do, propper training, and audits and investigations by third parties would greatly improve the service they provide to the people. Police in varying countries are different. You hear about a lot of cops who are caught planting evidence or making crap up having been "top cops" for this exact reason. @christophylax986

@@admthrawnuru Just being the Devil's advocate, for an example of how deep the corruption goes, The cops have to show the system they are "doing their work" they have to have so many arrest, so many tickets they have to issue, for a quota "that doesn't exist" or they will be retired early, so the state doesn't have to pay them as much. That's why sometimes you don't see a lot cops for few weeks then one day you see cops everywhere, pulling as many people as they can over, for every little thing. My brother wanted to be a cop and they told him what would be expected of him and he was like "ya, I can do that!" But they found out he had insanity on his Navy record and that was the end of it. All this over a turn signal not being used to enter a parking lot? While being observed from your own vehicle passing by on a parallel road, with the building in the way? The only way he'd have seen it was if his head was already turned 90 degrees, entirely ignoring where he's driving. First question: Why were you rubbernecking so hard in a moving vehicle in order to "see" the blinker wasn't going? Wouldn't having your eyes off the road that long been endangering commuters in your own lane? Second question: Why was it so important for you to pull that car over for so minor an infraction? Was there honking or backed up traffic that the car was blocking while they pulled in? Third question: What did the driver and/or occupants do to deserve being tased multiple times, including direct contact on the scrotum? No wonder the guy's kid didn't want to get out of the car when you requested him to get out of the car; he was terrified of the police.

That's pretty classic cop logic actually. Let me do several things that would make a reasonable person afraid, then ask why you are acting a) defensive, b) nervous, then accuse you of acting either 1) suspicious or 2) like you have something to hide, then use force, then justify further force by you, you guessed it, resisting receiving force delivered to you. You know the last time someone received force without reacting to it in a way that would limit their exposure to it.... oh... yeah... that's never happened unless they are already unconscious or in shock - i.e. the brain has decided it's most likely to live if you are just unable to resist and hope it ends with you being left alive. Then not only make resisting 'acceptable' justification for additional force but also make it illegal so if they want later on they can at least charge you with that; even if there's nothing else because you didn't do anything wrong (as was the case with this incident) to get yourself into that situation in the first place. You have to remember that the people who would want to be in a position where that is the norm... are not the kinds of people we should want in that position. Cops should say, I would never want to be a cop, but someone has to do the job. That is like an executioner. I'm sure he doesn't enjoy just ending people's lives, but someone has to fill the position of the individual who injects the shot or whathaveyou. Or the guy in the FBI who heads up the team who targets the monsters who create and distribute child pornography. Every day he has to look for and then look at child pornography so that he can track down and take down the creatures responsible for its creation. No one should Want that job unless it's because they are willing to make the sacrifice of having it to protect society from actual bad people - real criminals. If you WANT to find a reason to stop some random person who has done nothing wrong, and escalate the situation when they don't listen to every word that you say and obey every command just the way you would like -- if you are Looking for the opportunity to find a reason to pull them out of their car, or tase them, or use any force whatsoever unless it is to protect yourself or others... then you are inherently not qualified for the position. We don't have this kind of screening though. This is not the standard to which we hold law enforcement as a whole. I don't know if there are any good cops left, but we just watched a video of what; 7-8 cops watching a guy tase a man's testicles while he lay flat on the ground. That's... Sadistic. None of them physically stopped him? None of them even tried to? You cannot be a good protector of the community and Also actively Not protect the individual that is clearly being abused right in front of your eyes. Someone who is helplessly being victimized. I mean seriously; it would Literally be illegal for him to resist what that animal was doing to him. Even if he didn't have multiple other officers on him or wasn't halfway in handcuffs (meaning his hands were already behind his back), or wasn't face down on the ground, if he even had the physical ability to try to keep him from tasing his testicles (and I am pretty sure he would have if he had the ability to as any other reasonable organism would if it were being attacked in such a way); it would have been "criminal" for him to do so. So that would mean, from a legal perspective, that the "right" thing to do in that situation would be for him to Not defend himself, therefore, he has the options between 1) being defenseless, and 2) performing actions that are [completely natural and I would argue next to impossible to resist but that would nonetheless be] deemed criminal, so the other officers there know that he is just being tortured at this point and not one of them does anything to stop it from happening. Yeah, I mean.. I am in no way defending the actions of any officer, ever, when I say this, and it is definitely their fault for what they have chosen to do, and they should most definitely stand trial for their crimes, but I am in no way confused why what we are seeing more and more of is happening. Frankly, I am confused why people are confused. I am confused why people think cops Wouldn't be bad when we have set up the system the way we have; when we don't require education, advanced psychological screening, emotional counseling, etc. for the people who are being asked to do what has become, quite honestly, an impossible job. This is no defense of them since they signed up for it saying they could do it, but I am unsure I know of anyone who could both 1) be an actual good cop (see above for the baseline requirements) and 2) be employed as a law enforcement officer on the streets (On a daily basis be thrown into situations where you have to deal with a coworker like this criminal in the video). If some unicorn of an individual started out as a good cop, then they would, inherently, be a rookie. When a rookie witnesses a crime being committed by a criminal who also happens to be employed as a law enforcement officer and acts - as they have been trained and as they are required to by both the law and their good conscious - and stop that bad cop, they are either: 1) fired 2) desked 3) physically stopped by other bad cops 4) charged with: assault, assault on a peace officer, obstruction, etc. or any combination of the above. So maybe they go a week, a month, a year... two years? before they are put into a situation where they witness a cop who is a criminal, but then what... if they are good they are forced out by the thin blue line... and otherwise... they only USED to be good, because if you hang out with a bunch of gangsters attacking innocent civilians (let's not forget that he didn't actually see the guy doing the thing that he said he initiated the stop for) even if you don't hold the taser or make the threats, you are definitely part of the show of force, the implication of the intimidation, or a personal favorite; part of the problem instead of part of the solution. So are there any good cops? Are there really? I've never known of one.. Well... One, but she's not a cop anymore. She got filed for stopping a criminal from killing a man... Because that criminal was a cop. So she's not a cop anymore. Just like her, I believe the concept of a good cop is possible, but only as an idea or a role that someone could theoretically fill, but not in application; not in 2021.

On the 'extra' channel, they have guests such as Defense Attorneys. One topic on the channel was the George Floyd case, and whether anyone COULD have stopped his murder. You can go to that channel and listen to the discussion yourself, but, basically, the attorney said a citizen could have stepped in, but, they would have probably been beaten, and spend a stint in prison. (personally, I believe if chauvin had been rushed and pushed off of Mr. Floyd, chauvin would have shot them dead. However, if I'm not mistaken...it was a while ago when I listened to them talk, that they might have stepped in as well. If you want to watch it, just search George Floyd, and it should pop up. Now, I've seen absolutely every horrific thing possible in my career. I've watched the whole, and all of the videos, of Mr. Floyd's murder...only ONCE. I can't even watch clips of it now, as it's too heartbreaking for me. I have NEVER seen anything eviler than the look on chauvin's face, as he intentionally murdered Mr. Floyd. This is not an underrated comment, and it's actually a pretty dangerous way of thinking.. A dashcam isn't going to stop a bad cop from tasering you, or shooting you, or unlawfully arresting you & a lot of times when people have this "video evidence" or recording device, they get a false sense of bravado, and wind up getting more hurt. Absolutely we need more cameras rolling. Dash cams, officers cams, business cameras, that's not what I'm driving at. What I'm saying is, if you're being unlawfully arrested, don't use that camera as a sense of "Well, you can't hurt me, because it'll be on video", because they can definitely hurt you, and then they can definitely *erase* your video. Wise up, keep your cameras rolling, let them do whatever they're going to do, weather that's arrest you or ticket you, whatever bullshit, just *COMPLY* .. You cannot fight your case from a casket, and especially these days where cops are jumpier than ever, (Some with good reason, though!) you don't need to give them an excuse.
