Man with autism injured after being asked to leave bathroom in Fairfax County store

7News has obtained pictures of the injuries 18-year-old Ben Perez suffered inside a stall in the men's bathroom at Food Star International Market located on Leesburg Pike in Bailey's Crossroads, Falls Church, Virginia in Fairfax County.
Perez is a person with autism.
The injuries happened during an altercation with Food Star security guard John Ramos who Royal Security employs.

I live in that area, and the reason they have a security guard is due to all the shop lifting in that area. Unfortunately that young man has autism that may trigger untrained security.. this is unfortunately the world we live in.

The problem is, she will sue the corporation which owns the store, and they will have to pay out millions. The only person who should be sued is the security guard.
