Thank you for this video. I found it to be quite informative since I was just diagnosed with Chronic Kidney Disease & left wandering on my own. I've been looking & reading as much viable information as I can get from reliable sources such as the Mayo Clinic.

I removed all sugar starches and grains and followed Nephrologist Jason Fung MD in 6 months I was out of stage 4 and into stage 2 with an eGFR of 68.86. I get monthly basic metabolic panels and am no longer pre-diabetic Best of all I am out of danger for dialysis. Jason Fung MD has a KZfaq channel and my physician recommended I watch his videos.

Try eating fiber supplements like acaia fiber and drink lemon water.

Some of the plant based options I've seen have a nigh sodium content. What sort of plant based food is recommended.

Hello Dr. Iam kidney problem, I feel very happy when u are talking about how to care ?but I live in uae and the drs. I have seen not caring is the way u are telling, patient can ask diiateriece. No one is caring? But I can't travel to u? Thanks for ur information for the kidney function?

Very useful information ma'am.l am from India my son 20yrs have iga nephropathy he is under 3times aweek dialysis what is good for him transplant or dialysis can iga recourr .how many years I kept safely in dialysis plz Dr reply and help me out

Why didn't the psychiatrist working at Georgia pines and Family medicine in Thomasville Georgia tell me about my mild kidney disease a long time ago!
