The plaintiff brings her former close friend and hairstylist to court. She loaned the defendant money because she was strapped for cash, but the defendant stopped paying her back. She thinks the defendant filed a false restraining order against her. She’s suing for an unpaid loan. The defendant admits she borrowed the money, but she claims she would repay the plaintiff with hair services. She was forced to file a restraining order because the plaintiff keeps harassing her. She’s countersuing for harassment and emotional distress.

My mom died of cancer a couple years ago 😔 to hear the defendant speak so vile and vicious of the plaintiff battle with cancer made my blood boil boil! She is disgusting! "You just cry breast cancer over and over," well it's not some little shit that goes away over night. Even when it goes into remission it permanently alters a person's life. That also doesn't change the fact you gave her a bad check and filed a restraining order as if that was going to keep her from collecting.

Facts. Same thing happened to the Mrs. She kept making loans to her sister despite her sister never making any effort to pay her back. Ended up being over $1000. She was never paid anything and refused to sue her sister. We’re married, her money is my money and I’m going after her sister!
