Welcome back! Today’s 15 minute class is total bang for your buck. In this short but firey time we will focus on strengthening our core and booty. Woohoo! Went through this flow twice because one round was too good to not repeat! Feels like a full, sweat inducing, low impact workout! Thanks again! Looking forward to doing your new 60min heart and hips flow this afternoon💚💚💚💚

Love this one, just what the doctor ordered! It also establishes a nice breathing pattern, which is a benefit of pilates that still amazes me. Thank you!
