Hey, do you think it is reasonable to include an "about me" page into the slides? I lot of my colleagues tend to include one slide before starting the actual talk, listing milestones and stations (diploma, PhD, PostDocs, fellowships) and maybe a super brief research profile. I think, on the hand, everybody in the audience should have had access to my CV, hence why waste the precious time? On the other hand, people are lazy, probability have not read the CV, so it might be a good opportunity to introduce myself.
