In the accelerated stability test the product is placed in an oven for 14 consecutive days at a temperature of 54 Celsius degrees (129,2 Fahrenheit degrees) to simulate possible real situations of storage or application.
The purpose of this test is to check the product’s stability, i.e., to make sure that the phases have not separated and that there is no swelling due to gases forming or any other change that would affect the viability of the product when stored in high temperature conditions.
After 14 days, the product is allowed to stand at room temperature and its active ingredients are measured for final validation of its suitability for field application
