In reality they could make this a more difficult mode for the game where you are trying to convince the judge that the entire courtroom is not guilty

I think part of the genius of this video is the beginning goes on long enough that you forget about the judge's existence, and then when he comes up you remember the title again and get to witness the hilarity ensue.

I like to think if there would ever be a next video about this, it would be a short of the Judge visiting the prison after waking up confused from what happened. And he sees that everyone from the courthouse is there and Phoenix and Edgeworth explains what happened, causing him to feel very embarrassed about the fact he was actually very drunk that day and would hopefully get everyone out of there.

How the hell they weren't noticing the fact, that the Judge is drunk? Well, I have 2 theories: 1) He somehow managed to succesfully get to the part, where he asked Edgeworth to call in the witness and then fell asleep. 2) He was drinking during Gumshoe's testimony
