Mi piace tantissimo la tua pronuncia contorta di parole inglese, come 'enowt' o 'treechep' e 'beechep', o 'rotate-uh' o 'mooskel'. E così italiano! Probabilmente suona come il mio italiano! A tip to slightly improve your pronunciation (if you want to). In English we tend to 'swallow' the final consonants in words. We barely pronounce them. Instead of saying 'rotaTe' with a very hard t, which makes an Italian add a vowel sound, in English we almost say 'rotay'. It's sort of a stop at the end of the word, like we leave off the final sound, like rota-. The tongue presses the roof of the mouth to START to make the t sound, but we don't add any breath at all to it. The Italian t pushes the tongue on to the teeth and adds more air into it. The English t has the tongue on the roof of the mouth just behind the upper teeth, and it's a lot softer. If it's at the end of a word we barely pronounce it. This is also true of most other consonants at the end of words. We barely pronounce them, hence there is no need for a 'uh' sound to follow. A good example is 'important'. Italians pronounce every sound very clearly in 'importante'. English doesn't do the same. We say something that sounds like 'impor-unh'. This depends on the local accent of course, as some people from England WILL pronounce the t at the end, and when speaking formally many people will pronounce the consonants more clearly. Sorry, but I LOVE the way Italians speak English!

The hand can never be facing the ground 3:31 , the correct position is to put the palm of the hand; face the ball or the opposite of the ball (in both directions, you should always have your arm armed). I don't know if I explain myself correctly.

practice patience; force yourself to be slightly late and accellerate to the ball throught speed. The 'wait then explode' mindset helps generating forward momentum and leads to better spikes overall. Also stick to the same setter (or setting style) so you get used and only have to think about YOUR timing instead of predicting inconsistent sets. Practice makes perfect we can do this!
