This is specifically the type of video I wanted which incorporated all of the main breathing techniques particularly the Bhramari pranayama and focus on the third eye. I was using the Breath of fire and Opening the Third eye videos from your playlist everyday but I came across this video just now and tried it. I found it was less time consuming and hit the points to benefit my mind and body in one go. I'm wanting to increase my mental clarity through opening the third eye and improve my overall body to heal naturally through breathing and meditation exercises.🪷 Thank you, Namaste 🙏🏽

I became a member today and did the first meditation from the 9 day challenge! All I can say is wow! The energy was flowing all through out my body it woke me up after feeling tired most of the day!

I am doing 2,3,4,5,6,sessions daily and I am doing be ur own doctor also. Is it okay?or is it too much, sessions 3 , I am able to hold exhale for 45 secs only . In bhandhas , I will not be knowing when it becomes loose especially root chakra, again I try to hold. Plz advice , am I in the right direction

It's wonderful to see your dedication to your practice! Doing multiple sessions daily can be beneficial, but it's important to listen to your body and not overexert yourself. Quality is more important than quantity. For holding the exhale, 45 seconds is a great start. With consistent practice, you'll gradually be able to extend this time. Regarding the bandhas, it’s common to lose the hold, especially with the root chakra. In advance practice we will go into psychic locks that are more effective than physcial locks. Generally, breath retention can increase blood pressure temporarily, so it's best to avoid or modify these practices. Instead, focus on gentle, calming breathing techniques like Nadi Shodhana (Alternate Nostril Breathing) or simple deep breathing, which can help lower blood pressure and promote relaxation.
