15 Minute Resistance Band Upper Body Workout Overview:
• 6 Exercise performed one at a time
• 3 sets of each exercise
• 30 sec on // 15 sec off // 30 sec extended break between supersets
• Duration: 14:30
EXERCISES:
1. Bicep Curls with Hold
2. Tricep Kickbacks
3. Bent Over Rows
4. W Raise
5. Chest Press
6. Arnolds

I would love to see more of these, with resistance bands, that cover all the upper body muscles and are 15-20 minutes!

what band weight would you recommend in lb for a 17/18 year old male, 5’9 and 11st 6? currently doing 75lb on the bands but don’t know if i’m pushing too much, don’t want to injure myself

Im new to your channel and new to bands/tubes, Do I stop the video to do each exercise 3 times, or can I go through from start to finish then do it twice more ? thank you. Watching from Australia and trying to learn as Im switching over from using dumbells. :-)

All you have to do is follow the workout and it will take you through each exercise three times.

So this one hurt. Not bad. But i gotta say, I must be doing it wrong. Some back and brow sweat, but not much else. I'm following along , not perfectly. Should i get harder bands?
