23 July 2021 mera acl and ramp operations hua hain. Itne video dakha hain but sir aap ka video mera sab problem ka solution hain. Best video for after acl recovery... itna achha sa kabhi kisi video main nahi samajh paya

@nehaparashar4205 I was so panicked about surgery. until the last moment, mentally was not ready for it, God's grace went through good, and the doctor advised me not to bear weight and 0 degree flexibility. Hopefully, from next month, they will start physiotherapy.
