My sister was exchange student in Roscoe, Illinois in 1970 and sent me records of Johnny Winter and John Mayall to my hometown Bremen in the North of Germany. I was 13 at the time, took a scroll saw, and cut my acoustic guitar into a Les Paul shape to get the high notes, and practiced a thick callus on my fingertips. Blues was my introduction to serious guitar playing. Today, I grab my guitar from time to time and pluck away to relax. Yes I still like it, especially Your playing.

Sounds great. Had a 52 gibson in a vintage guitar shop on consignment back around 85 and the guy sold the shop without notification. There was no paperwork due to me knowing the guy. Won’t put all the info of that individual out there but sure wish it would have gone differently.

Stevie Ray meets Muddy- kind of fusing Texas and Mississippi in 3 min. Pretty damn good, I think.

That guitar doesn't have what I would consider to be a great tone on its own, but it's very fitting for the music. Gritty, rough around the edges, and full of character. Perfect for some slow, acoustic blues.

Sounds good like the old south blues aka Mississippi blues and what not. How does it sound finger pick and with a slide is what I'm curious to know.
