Your works are among the best acrylic/ mixed media paintings I have seen on YT. You keep on experimenting, trying different techniques in an imaginative way, with great results.

Dear Gerda.................... absolutely wunderbar, ............... you take some colors, and some binders and the trick is in alcohol and finally the shading that you do is your talent that brings out a masterpiece every single time !!!!!!!! Its like majic happening in front of your eyes. I am an artist, live in USA and watch artists like you to learn new techniques and must say that you sure are the BEST. It is such a pleasure to see you work, your strokes create awesome end results and I wish you Good Luck. In ending, I have tried your technique which works beautifully till the final alcohol & binder is applied but fail miserably to get the shading correct. I follow many fine artists on KZfaq, but I must say, Gerda, you are my favorite. Having English captions is huge, and I thank you for that. I follow several other German (and French) painters that I wish (and hope) will add English captions. Thanks again for sharing your work.

Gerda, oft times I watch for entertainment without commenting ... Then later I return, review, study, compare, and jot down ideas that come along the way. This has been one of my favorites for some time, and it reminds me of Shell-flowers 2017 based on Ernst's work. Your step-by-step tutorials are a marvelous education, inspiration, and springboard. Liebe Gerda, vor einigen Tagen erst bin ich auf Deine Videos gestoßen (eigentlich weil ich etwas Hübsches zum anschauen gesucht habe während ich stricke) und bin seitdem so angefixt, dass ich mir inzwischen schon Farben, Pinsel, Spachtel, Leinwände und sogar Binder besorgt habe. Nun fehlt nur noch der Mut auch wirklich los zu dilettieren. Aber dieses Wunderwerk bei dessen Entstehung ich soeben zuschauen durfte hat mir buchstäblich die Kinnlade runterklappen lassen. Das inspiriert mich ungemein, auch wenn ich natürlich niemals so etwas auch nur annähernd zustande bringen kann. Danke das Du Dein Talent mit uns teilst. LG, Dagmar
