Yes, the AWARENESS of what Im putting out in the world and bringing myself back to the space of love, is how I know Im growing. Bringing myself BACK, when I notice the way Im talking to ppl or judging etc.. thank you source for helping me SEE what Im putting out in the world 🙏

This is so beautiful. I’ve been meaning to watch this whole interview so maybe today is the day. I’ve been having a hard time since retreat… like I’ve been bound up emotionally… but it feels like things are starting to relax a little and tears are coming more easily.
