My windows 11 is linked with my Microsoft account but i Don't have any product keys cz in my laptop windows 11 is pre built with digital license key 😢 if i change my ssd do windows 11 ask me for products key?

It should still work, you can run the activation troubleshooter and select hardware change and it will override the previous activation under the previous hardware ID.

so if windows 11 is not linked to microsoft account and it is setup with a local account then we cannot activate windows 11 after mother board change??

You can still reactivate it as long as you have a copy of your product key. It will ask to override the previous activation and it will require you to call Microsoft Support. If everything fails, let me know, I can help.

You're only allowed ten devices per Microsoft Account, by the way. Windows 10 Mobile and Xbox devices still count against this limit but do not require product keys for activation. If you activate an 11th device, you'll need to remove an old one before adding a new one.
