@Roger Windchime this is likely the result of emotional or mental issues. A human body craves touch but emotions and trauma can numb this feeling but humans literally need touch to survive as infants. If you aren't touched enough you can and probably will be emotionally stunted and/or suffer from other mental health or social skill issues.
