Have a type s as well. Enjoyed your video. Did my first oil change at 1200 right after breakin. Have you had any issues with yours?

@@moonrockschopshop my hatch handles keep falling out, and my usb port for CarPlay is not working. lol otherwise not bad

Just a note that by holding the vehicle assist button for 2-3 seconds doesn't actually shut it off completely. It's a 5 step process for that! Explained in another utube video

@moonrockschopshop I just got mine a week ago and luv it. My Civic SI was just a push/hold for 2 sec and off it went. The complete process for Type S is crazy especially if your on the track

@@TracyPastor true, but I think for these cars the system is there to create more traction, maybe on track it would be necessary

@moonrockschopshop yes absolutely 💯 but if you go to track, you have to do it each time you race, which would a pain. I don't track it too old l😆

Can you permanently disable the traction with the collision warning? Or do you have to do it every time you start the car?

Unfortunately there is no way to permanently disable from stock, I know you can do more custom things on a tune but stock ECU you’ll have to do it on startup

Bro do you know how to disable adaptive cruise control and make it normal cruising

What do you mean normal cruising ?

Normal cruise control. Press and hold for more than a second the interval button. This is the button that sets the distance between your car and the ino in front. Manual p. 550

I went to made an appointment at Acura Pompano for mine around mid 5k miles they changed it under warranty. Although on the phone they did not specify that they would cover it or not. So I went in thinking I would pay but did not

The rattles I hear are mainly from the things I keep in the car I’ve found. From time to time I think I hear something but I can’t tell if I’m just paranoid 😂
