Awesome. I love Tamochan, I ran it as Pathfinder 2E for my wife last Septembet and just changed all the enemies. I've even ran it as a Traveller adventure. It's the epitome of scary Meso American tomb.

Cool! Some of the room in that module are gritty and truly classic.

The old classic modules often have great opportunities for the DM's ideas and encourage it. Modern day content is very linear and controlled. Back when TSR published the old modules there was enough information for you to run things, but at the same time, room for you to integrate into your own world!

@@Classic_DM in my opinion, TSR gave too little information, and should have detailed the rooms/areas more. I attribute this to lazy writing. For instance "You are in a library full of books..." OK, what books can be found? Can the PCs find maps of the dungeon they are in? Can they find a journal of the "Final Boss" (or other denizens)? etc. But, I do agree that being too detailed is not good either. After all, DMs are human too, and cannot be expected to hold too much info/data in their brains.

@@RPGmodsFan there is a certain wisdom and knowledge that is needed to know when you have gone too far and did too much. The 1e ad&d mindset was more along the lines of just give enough and let the dm flesh it out further. Or to put it more indirectly Coco Chanel the most elegant and fashionable woman in the world said this about dressing with accessories. When you are ready to go out stand in front of a mirror and remove at least one thing. Then go out. Less is more in some cases. Compare modern modules with hundreds of pages, then compare the size and scope of the adventure contained therein.if you tried to run this module in 5e it would take 400 pages. The brevity of 1e is a godsend.

It's HUGE. I always wanted to just pick and choose my top 5 favorite rooms and make a smaller pyramid instead :)

Like a radio show? Or visual oriented + voice acting? Or just film-making/animated. In my opinion the modules with strong theming are the best ones. @@Classic_DM Its just audio for now. I might eventually do video as well but for now I'm still learning how to use all the different programs. I love the G series and will probably do that one eventually. I just finished the script for part 1 of my second episode. It's Assault on Eddistone Point, a five or six page module from Dungeon magazine and It looks like the two parts together will be about an hour long recording. Doing the whole G series would be epic and is definitely going on my list of goals. Got any suggestions for awful modules? The other thing I'd like to do is maybe redeem a few of the infamously bad works with good writing and storytelling.
