The AP Ultimate Race Clinic was a chance for junior swimmers to learn from the best in Adam Peaty, Luke Greenbank, and Sydney Pickrem, at the world’s most prestigious swimming pool, the London Aquatics Centre.
The swim clinic was based around learning the ins and outs of swimming racing. Completing a pre-race warm up in the pool and out of the pool in a swimming dryland circuit, as well as advanced mental training that Adam Peaty himself uses in the build-up to a big race were just some of the experiences on offer!!
