Greetings Adam and Chris it is always refreshing to listen to the exchange on Martial Arts Culture. Climbing Hau Shan to pay respects to the Ancestors thought me a lot in 1 day than years of reading. The Hermit reminds me of the Yogis and some of their practices. Thank you again☀️🌿🙏🏾

A good qigong practitioner is also a good person. Not necessarily a good fighter. One might be powerful, but if he or she is a jerk, they’re not practicing right.

Nope...qigong has little to nothing to do with being a "good" or "bad" person at all.

@@yew2oob954 bad people do qigong and qigong doesn’t help. True. But if someone practices it in its entirety, then it balances out the emotions and will guide them to not be a jerk. But again, I’ve known people are very skilled at qigong and are complete a holes. I personally believe that they weren’t taking the depth of the practice to…. Well, not be mean.
