RimWorld's Hardest Difficulty bumped up to 500%, without using pause, and only being allowed to have a single RimWorld Biotech Mechanitor pawn!
This No Pause RimWorld playthrough is played against Randy Random, on Losing is Fun difficulty bumped up to 500% (the maximum). The gameplay takes place on a Desert map. Adam is not allowed to have additional colonists!

DETAILS
This playthrough was recorded LIVE on Twitch. As such, I am speaking with chat throughout (even though this is edited). Videos without chat will be listed as 'KZfaq Exclusive'.
*No Pause - I am using a mod that disables pause in every portion of the game. This means it is impossible for me to pause with a key press and the game will not pause during events or trade, making things much more difficult.
** Losing is Fun set to +500% is the hardest difficulty in unmodded RimWorld

Adam's always made great videos, but I'm not a big streamer guy so I've shied away from most of the stuff on the channel in the past. These edited videos have really brought me back to watch more than just the learning videos, they're super well edited to fit into half an hour. Props to both Adam and his editor for doing things to expand the channel.

im sure you know how to do it but i dont think i noticed you use the cheese to let your pawn carry more weapons might just be because it a bit finicky for no pause, when a raid starts start a caravan with your pawn draft him then get him to add the other weapon to the caravan you can then drop it from inventory when you need to switch.

You don't actually need 1 neurocharger per pawn; if you have 1:1 you'll find there are generally 2 or more at full charge at all times, because of the time it takes pawns to decide they want a charge and then walk to the charger. I'd say 0.8 or even 0.75 chargers per pawn will generally be fine (e.g., 12 or 13 chargers for 16 pawns)

I have a question, sir. So if my colonist died bc other colonists directly killed them - I have easier raid most likely. Will it be the same if we arrest our colonist and execute them bc they were guilty? Its important for me bc of roleplay playstyle) Thank you, great contnent :)
