Please explain similarities and dissimilarity in transformational and adaptive leadership

Hello! That's a rather complicated comparison which might be the topic of a future video. In short, I'd say that Transformational leadership is aimed at long-term profound development and change towards a larger vision. Adaptive Leadership is a practical approach to react to and handle change as it comes with a more short term approach and not necessarily containing a major long-term vision. Also, transformational leadership is multi facetted leadership style, whereas adaptive leadership is a practical framework to handle change specifically. I hope that helps!
