Unfortunately the streaming computer crashed shortly after Zelda II started, and Inzult took his cartridge home with him so we do not currently have a true console verification video. I'll see if I can hunt down the correct version of the cartridge and get one up (unless true, who created the board, beats me to it).

If I remember right, the stream computer crashed during the run and it ended before they could get it back up.

I wish I was able to do speedruns too :( How do you do such awesome speedruns?
@cooldude66517 жыл бұрын
Well, they start savestates, and tell the robot to do random things until it wins and do it again but faster. So the real question is, how MANY frame perfect inputs can you do per second on 2 controllers at once? Hopefully more than 60.
@grey55287 жыл бұрын
That is highly incorrect. Savestates are used, the robot itself merely presses button, it doesn't think.

currently it can do NES, SNES and a few N64 games. the main problem with SNES is that most SNES TASes are in snes9x, which isn't QUITE accurate enough, but the ones made in Bizhawk usually sync. N64 emulation is really bad but a few games sync great (most notably SM64 and MK64). Genesis has a similar problem to SNES, most of them are done on a slightly inaccurate emulator.
