Hi, I'm Ryan Wexelblatt, LCSW aka "ADHD Dude". I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, School Social Worker and a Dad. I specialize in working with guys with ADHD and their parents. All the videos I make for kids are in the Dude Talk playlists.

Hi guys. Hope you see this comment. I'm 27 and been undiagnosed i guess. I don't no where I can get help or how. I'm from the UK. My girlfriend see symptoms online of ADHD and joked its me. And to find out more i got here with. And I fit alot of what you describe in an overwhelming majority of your videos. It resignats with my life story. I feel you describe me without knowing me and talk about issues that iv had without ever hearing them. Can you do a little more or adult ADHD and how we can help ourselves. I no your focus is on how to help kids but as an adult who still really struggles and has never had help. Oo and the social anxiety to boot because both of those subject matters just fit into who I am.

hi Matt, thanks so much for reaching out. I'm glad you found it helpful. There are many great resources for adults with ADHD, but not so many for kids which is why I focus on videos for kids and parents. That being said, I do know that lots of adults with ADHD watch these as well so you are more than welcome here. 👍

And telehealth makes support much easier these days regardless of distance, so if you ever want to explore virtual 1:1 coaching sessions, that could be something one of us could help you with!
