■ Adrian Newey has been making the headlines constantly in the past couple of days, but it seems like he is preparing a bombshell move that would see Red Bull take a massive hit if it goes through. The lawyers of Newey are working on a deal that could see the British mastermind work with another team as early as 2026, which is not what the Austrian team believed when these rumors came through due to the fact that Newey has an existing contract that he needs to see through the end of the 2025 season. With this in mind, could Newey mix up the entire landscape of the sport, and if so, which team would he prefer to go to?

🚨 | This video contains a lot of information about the situation from Red Bull & Adrian Newey, but it just got announced that Newey is leaving Red Bull early in 2025. However, and this is where it gets even more important, Adrian Newey is able to join a team early 2025 as his ''gardening leave'' period is already starting now and will end in a year, this means Newey is free to join any team in 2025, and work on the 2026 cars as well, if he is to join a team, of course. Note that: This video has been made before the announcement, but it still contains a lot of relevant information, and the important changes are mentioned in the small message here above ^ Also something that could potentially be interesting, is that Adrian Newey's lawyers have succeeded in making it so Newey is allowed to work at another team from early 2025, which means he is able to work on the 2026 cars like mentioned above, but if Newey was planning on to retire, it wouldn't make any sense for his lawyers to make it so Adrian is allowed to work at other teams from early 2025. So this could mean he is moving to another team.. and in our eyes it can only be one team.. 👀

Umm no not really, his contract ends 12/31/2025 and that is when the one year clause begins which runs until 12/31/2026 less than zero possibly RB lets him out of that clause. This would make him available 1/1/2027 the cars already completed and ready for testing for the 27 season. Nope-he walks away from motorsports to focus on his various sailing projects. He does not need the money or more trophies.

It's been basically already confirmed by various news outlets that Newey will be joining Ferrari. So you can forget about him going to AM. He will be donning the scarlet red overalls in 2025. 🔴

Newey is out to prove Horner wrong about how important he’s been to the RedBull team by taking advantage of his ability to make a competitive car for a Rival that will beat the RedBullies after his Snide remarks and not getting his wife Paddock passes in China 🇨🇳 along with the Whole PA debacle that has caused so much damage to the teams integrity and now the RedBull implosion is imminent 🤷🏾‍♂️

@@_Ben4810 no matter who you are the team principle reads and signs the forum for the specific race and are very strict on who receives passes ive seen sir jackie steward denied paddock entrance so for him to fumble up and forget Amanda Newey's passes was a bit underhand

Horner not being shown the door straight away, is destroying Red Bull. The Brits has made a mess of this. Drive to survives popularity in the U.S. raising the interest here and along with the Me to movement’s acceptance, Horner isn’t worth it. Risk loosing Verstappen, Newly…..

Even if he were to sign a contract with Ferrari, which will certainly not happen, he cannot start working on the development of the car until 2027. I strongly doubt that Hamilton will drive until then.

@@ibgraf There will be no gardening leave after he parts with RedBull in Q1 of 2025, allowing him to start working on the 2026 car for any team immediately. The reason for that is he will already have been away from the RedBull Formula 1 Team for a year at that point. The only involvement he now has with RedBull is the RB17 hypercar.

I hope Newey retires, for the good of racing in F1. The last thing we need is him joining Ferreri and yet, another era of boring, predictable domination begins. What I believe F1 needs is many drivers fighting for victory, and for the championship, as it was in 1986, or 2003, and a few other years. Periods from 2000 thru 2005 were boring, 2010 thru 2013 was boring, 2014 thru 2020 was boring, and 2022 thru 2024 is being super boring. After following the sport since 1966 (when until 1986 it was a given no driver would take titles back to back), I have switched my interest to MotoGP, which, at this point is light years more exciting than F1.

Haha thank God you’re not Adrian’s manager , so with that logic you agree that Max is winning championship with lack of competition because of Adrian’s car been bullet proof , so there fore been boring and predictable. And you don’t want that fast Adrian car at Ferrari in the hands of Lewis or charlse . So Adrian’s car is only good for Max , I bet you , put Max in a Haas or Williams he ain’t gon be on P1 let alone championship.

@andrewgilsenan2070 Sonny, I have been following this sport for 58 years, I do not root for a team specifically, I root good racing. But this may be difficult for you to undesrtand, since you probably do not remember, or ever witnessed good racing. 2021 was a fun season, were you following F1 back then?

@chriseze8893 Eze, it is simpler than that; if the RBR car was designed specifically for Checo Perez's driving style, tweaked for him, and the entire team was behind him, as it is with Verstappen now, things would be a whole lot more leveled up. Would Checo beat Verstappen? I doubt it, but for sure Max wouldn't win 19 races in a seasom as he did last year. MV is one amazing driver, don't get me wrong, he is top notch, like Hamilton, Schumacher, Senna, Clark, but like Vettel at RB the whole team exists to provide him with the very best car, as it was the case with several other teams in the past, including Stewart/Cévert, Senna/Berger, or Schumacher/Barrichello, or Vettel/Webber
